Placed in cage in ICU. ------------- PHYSICAL EXAM FINDINGS ---------------- Mentation: BAR Temp (F): 103.2 Neurologic: WNL Head/mouth/beak: NSF Ears: NSF Eyes: OU: Good PLRs. Very minor scarring. Visual. Buffalo gnat scabbing on eyelids. Wings: NSF Legs: NSF Feet: NSF Body: NSF Feather condition: In blood Radiographic findings: No fractures noted. Initial treatment: 58cc LRS SQ A: Apparently healthy baby with much better mentation than was described yesterday. Minor buffalo gnat damage on eyelids. Will check and see if parents are in the area and will be able to go back. P: Contact finders or send volunteer to scout the area for adults. Try HF in AM/PM or drop food.
